Bostik Unveils Simple-Fix™ Hardwood Flooring Repair Kit
Middleton, Mass. (Jan.20, 2011) — Bostik’s Consumer & Construction (C&C) Division is pleased to introduce Simple-FixTM, a high-performance hardwood flooring epoxy repair kit.
Simple-Fix is a versatile, two-component epoxy adhesive specially formulated to repair hollow spots, replace floor boards and install thresholds, moldings and medallions. Designed for glue-down applications of engineered wood, parquet, solid wood and bamboo flooring, Simple-Fix:
- Fits in an off-the-shelf caulking gun;
- Flows easily;
- Cures in just four hours;
- Features extremely high bond strength;
- Is ideal for bonding wood to wood and wood to concrete;
- Does not contain water;
- Has low viscosity;
- Has low odor; and
- Has 0% VOCs.

Bostik’s Simple-Fix is available in cases that contain six repair kits. Each Simple-Fix repair kit comprises: 8.5 ounces of the two-component, epoxy adhesive; two static mix nozzles; and two 1/16-inch applicator tips.
