Panel Bonding

Bostik has the ability to adhere a variety of substrates including metal, fiberglass, cellulose base-boards, as well as the multitude of fabrics and vinyls for a clean adhesion application. Bostik has formulation skills to provide fire retardant adhesives for all types of panels. Our powders are low activation temperatures, which prevent distorting or heat sensitive substrates. The flame retardant adhesives have been proven to pass ASTM E84 horizontal burn and flame requirements. Powders can be applied using a scatter head powder application, allowing for well controlled weight coverage. Powders can be activated using infrared head, and all materials can be laminated using a flat bed laminator.
